1. Validity of offer and price of products

NNCosmetics’s offers and products are offered by the terms and conditions in their available stock. Therefore, NNCosmetics reserves the right not to meet an order if the respective product is no longer available in NNCosmetics’s current offer. NNCosmetics will inform the customer of the unavailability of the product ordered, and the customer has the possibility to accept or refuse the partial order. The pictures of the products are solely for presentation purposes.

The prices of the products shown include VAT and exclude delivery charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the website. The valid price or offer is the one available at the time of placing the order, regardless of any subsequent changes in price. The prices of products can be modified without prior notification.


6. On-line orders

The customer can place orders for available products at any given moment, exclusively on the site.

The order is placed via our order system, by filling in an order form. Please check the data you have entered; once the order has been initiated, modifications are no longer possible.

By completing an order, the customer agrees that all the information provided, necessary for the purchasing process, is complete, accurate and true at the time of placing the order.

If a customer changes their personal information, using the forms available on our website, all ongoing contracts existing at the time maintain the information defined/accepted by the customer before the change was operated.

NNCosmetics may automatically terminate the order made by the customer, without any further obligation to a party against the other, or without any party claiming damages, in the following situations:

a. the ordered products are not available on stock;

b. the payment was not completed;

c. the information provided by the customer on the website is either inaccurate or incomplete;

d. the customer’s activity on the site can and/or produces damage of any kind on the part of NNCosmetics and/or its partners;

e. there is one or more order/s confirmed and unclaimed.

After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in your inbox. This e-mail certifies that your order has been successfully submitted and will be processed.

Placing an online order implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of use, of product prices and shipping costs. Placing an order on this website and acceptance of the terms and conditions of delivery and payment here, is considered a LONG-DISTANCE AGREEMENT entered between the customer and NNCosmetics. The long-distance agreement takes effect upon receipt by the customer of the order confirmation message, according to the definitions contained in G.O no. 34/2014, Art. 2. Throughout this document, the long-distance agreement is referred to as Contract and shall include, but will not be limited to, these Terms and Conditions.


The orders placed from Monday through Friday shall be processed within 24 hours of receipt, while the orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays shall be processed the following Monday. In case these dates are modified, the new terms will be communicated both on site and by e-mail.


In case the parcel shows signs of deterioration (the package is broken, unsealed etc.) we recommend you refuse to pick up the parcel and contact us at

After opening the package, in case it contains damaged products or not in accordance with the goods invoiced, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, at to replace the products or refund your money.

NNCosmetics will not be held responsible for any damages occurred as a result of handling or transport by courier.


8. Payment options. Payment agreement.

The payment options vary depending on the country of delivery. If the country of delivery is Romania, all the forms of payment listed below are available; if the delivery is made to a country other than Romania, the payment can be made only by money order or online.
